What is your pet policy?
We have a $25 non-refundable fee for stays two nights or less. A $50 non-refundable fee is collected for stays three nights or longer.

Do you have accessible guest rooms?
Yes, guests can use the hotel’s free shuttle service for travel within 5 miles of the YO Ranch Hotel. It is available daily from 7 AM – 9 PM.

Is there guest laundry cleaning available?
Dry cleaning service is available with a surcharge. Please speak to front desk for details, or contact us.

How far are you from the Guadalupe River?
The hotel is located just 4 miles from the Guadalupe River.

What are the Front Desk Hours?
The front desk is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Guests may check-in after 4 PM, and check-out is at 12 noon.

When is the swim up pool bar open?
The swim up bar is available for our hotel guests ever Friday and Saturday from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.

Do you have elevators?
No, there are no elevators available. Please call hotel directly for special requests on room placement.

What if I have questions about my reservation?

What is the standard hotel cancellation policy?
Reservations may be cancelled up to 1 days (24 hours) prior to arrival in order to avoid cancellation penalty of one night’s room and tax. Some rate plans require pre-payment and may not be cancelled or modified. For example, the Advance Purchase discount.

Is there an incidental hold?
Yes, a hold of $25 per day will be placed on the credit card provided at check-in to cover any incidentals charges. This is temporary authorization and will be released by your bank after check-out, subject to their processing time. All guests are required to have a valid credit card on file for this hold upon arrival.
